At Solovey Kitchen, we want you to be completely satisfied with your culinary tools and decor. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all manuals and accessories are included to qualify for a refund.

• 3.
  Attach the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned kitchenware, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
