Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the continental US. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
What is your return policy for kitchenware?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. Please contact our support team to initiate a return and receive a prepaid shipping label.
Are Solovey Kitchen products dishwasher safe?
Most of our products are dishwasher safe; however, we recommend hand-washing our premium high-carbon steel knives and wooden cutting boards to preserve their longevity.
