Cold-pressing produces less oil than heated pressing but ensures that the delicate flavours & aromas are not damaged. Single concentrated isn't as strong as our double concentrated oils, allowing you to add a generous amount of oil to a dish without overpowering it. Intense earthy aroma. Powerful black truffle flavour throughout with a gentle olive oil finish. Use our Single Concentrated Black Truffle Oil (100ml) as a finishing oil to dress dishes before serving. Although the uses are endless, we recommend drizzling on pasta, pizza and risotto.
